No matter how many times tickets are sent in , i never get a reply, for example every week they post a problem resolve for certain problems in the game, but for months the accolade bugs have not been fixed. An example, i have aquired all the 3 items in the Omega Force Operative Accolade all 3 items are checked off but it won't release the accolade. Ive put several tickets in about this bug and ive heard many people complaining about the Omega accolade bugs but there never fixed nor does anyone reply about the tickets sent in...of course who know maybe the tickets themselves don't work anymore, if thats so why are they still in the game as an opition to report problems. FIX THE ACCOLADE BUGS
Because if you aren't getting any replies then it sounds to me more like you are submitting bug reports in the game than actual tickets.
Support tickets and bug reports are two different things, you will never get a response from a bug report because they are not support tickets, bug reports get sent directly to the QA team who assess and try to replicate the issue then send them to the devs for fixing, they don't reply to the reports. You need to go to https://support.arcgames.com/ and fill out the form there if you want someone to actually help you.
well they are part of the game, whatever the priority is, the game offers accolades for completing certain missions then it should REWARD the person for doing these tasks and missions otherwise remove the acoolades from the game.
You also have to keep in mind that Accolade bugs do not effect game play, and would be considered 'low priority'...
it has no direct impact on anything in the game besides increase accolade score points, since accolade points are not connected to anything it isnt even low priority, more like 'no priority' :P.

Did you unequip all your Mk XII Rep gear, and take it to Roxy to have it Registered? That did the trick for my toons.
As did unequiping and vendoring my Mk XII rep gear, then immediately buying it all back.
