KDF Sci R&D and Doff completely stuck

I searched the forum to find something similar to my problem, but what I found
was more about the delay doff missions have when they complete.
I hope this way I can find someone who can maybe offer a workaround or such.
On my KDF Sci four R&D projects are in the status "finishing" since 2 days now,
and since this morning all 22 doff slots show negative runtimes and not one single
mission did complete.
In other words: no doff and no R&D at all on that one toon. All is stuck!
I have played the toon for hours now, switched equipment and maps, crashed
the client and other stuff - but nothing seems to "trigger" the described systems
to complete.

My problem did not start until Yesterday 8/18
I think that's the one holding up the works.
It's terrible but easy, and these Borg are way cooler than the mess STO and Voyager left us.
Yes, I do and now I am at -2d 19h 14m on the R&D builds. Hope it get's fixed today.

Neither have R+D available, one has just one working doff mission slot, the other thankfully ten.
Both of these toons have ben in this state for over 5 days.
I will be mightily annoyed if todays patch doesnt fix this.
