Why are we still waiting for a simple uncheck all box for the DOFF filter? How about just have them all unchecked by default?? The fact that we have to uncheck ever damn DOFF every time
you select more than one DOFF makes it really unplayable
If this is never going to be changed at least the Devs could do is post it so I can stop waiting my time and stop spending real money in the c-store and forget about STO
I really regret buying a lifetime membership. It seems once you do that STO doesn't give a TRIBBLE about customer service

And if something as simple as a lack of an uncheck all button is what will cause you to quit this game then good riddance.
I don't know what was so hostile about what I said. As a person that pays for the game like many others im frustrated by the lack of customer service. Im frustrated when things get "fixed" don't need to be fixed. If you use the DOFF UI often like a lot of people do then you will know that when you have a mission that requires more than one DOFF you have to scroll the filter and uncheck every box. The fact that when you selected officer #3 you have to repeat this makes this frustrating.
This simple request has been asked for over and over again since the "upgrade" Not only is it still being asked for but the Devs have not even given an indication when or if at all this will be done.
Im paying for a product. I am unsatisfied with the product Im paying for. The people that take my money for this product are not providing any customer service or feedback to customers about this on going issue that many customers have complained about.
If you find this hostile well I don't care. If the Devs find this hostile then they should not be in the business of provindng a service that people pay for.

FWIW, I saw no hostility, just some major frustration.
Can't say I got all that worked up over it myself, but it was kinda funny to hear the patch notes say they fixed the issue, only to find out it hasn't been fixed at all. :P

If you want the DOFF devs to read your post, you have to put it in the right place.
Also, cutting the level of rant by about 50% would help. Frustration is understandable, though. I find the filter selection to be a bit annoying too, but hopefully they'll figure out how to make it better.
