Going to do some STO blasphemy and give you a link to the original client without ARC: http://www.fileplanet.com/208701/200000/fileinfo/Star-Trek-Online-Free-To-Play-Client

You don't have to install it... just copy the folder where it resides to your new computer... for example : C:\Users\Public\Games\Cryptic Studios

Make a new shortcut to the Star Trek Online.exe file, and you will be golden.

Even if it is an old version, it will patch up the latest, without requiring ARC. I have done it so many times, I guarantee it will work.

Would have, if the drive it was on hadn't crapped out.
Once I have it again, I'm putting it to my dropbox/cloud.

you can actually install via Arc then run without it. I did it on my computer last year when the OS got corrupted.

Of course, if you bought the game in the conventional sense and it was loaded onto one of those circular disks called a DVD... just reinstall from there. The convenience is almost worth buying a new copy from eBay or some other seller for <$9

Is it a DVD? Thought it was a CD. (Don't care enough to dig mine out of the closet.) :D
