Hello,
I am looking for a fleet to join. I enjoy roleplaying and would prefer a fleet of less than 100 people. Preferably the fleet would be around 50. I'm looking more for a tight nit group of friends to play with rather than a giant organization to beat the game with.

Allow me to introduce myself.
I am the fleet admiral and founder of Rogue Spectre Fleet. We are mainly US Time Zones (EST) but we accommodate players from other time zones as well.
I saw your post on Star Trek Online forums, and we are a fleet who we believe would fit your needs.
We have an active base play, with both Federation and Klingons. We have a total of 16 main members, with a total of 38 including alternate characters. All of our characters are active, to include alts. In our Klingon fleet, we have 6 members.
Right now, it is myself and eeb3 who are in charge and run the fleet. We understand how complex merging goes, we had another fleet forcefully try to merge us back on 15 July 2010 and it failed.

We have several departments. Our Departments are composed of as follows:
Communications: This is the department that manages the radio station (fully trainable) and the newsletter
Diplomacy: The Fleet Embassy, act as inter-fleet communications for several fleets, as an attache and diplomat
Internal Affairs: Handles complaints
Logistics: Handles Fleet Bank
Operations: Schedules Events
Personnel: Handles recruitment and retention
Security and Intel: Classified Department, Security goes along with fleet events, works hand in hand with internal affairs, and Intel gathers information on fleets, both allied and enemy alike.
We have both federation and Klingon fleet. Our Klingon Fleet is House of Rogue Spectre, and our federation is Rogue Spectre Fleet. Our Forums are integrated within our website, we have a role-playing section. We do STF's, PvP, PvE, and leveling.
We also are allied with 12th Fleet and Imperium Fleet, and are friendly with Synergy Fleet and 23rd Fleet. We are enemies with Tactical Operations Fleet Delta.
We utilize a teamspeak 3 server which I pay for. We utilize in game chat when we are in game, and we utilize teamspeak 3. We're laid back, casual, joke around and enjoy having fun. Our Recruitment requirements are 18+, teamspeak, and registration on the site. You would need to tag your ship with -RSF after it to identify being with our fleet.
We would like to fit you into our fleet as well as your membership, the best we can.
A bit about me:
I am a full time college student, single mother, and work full time for AT&T, and also run the fleet full time. This fleet has been my baby since Open Beta. I played Closed Beta under a different handle (@AprilDriesse) and was in Aurora Fleet. I broke away from them and created my own fleet on 19 Jan 2010. I am a trekkie by birth. I am female. I coded and designed our fleet website. I enjoy gaming, and enjoy meeting new people.

My PvE/PvP hybrid skill tree
Federation of Star Trek Roleplayers is looking for more active Roleplayers out there in Star Trek online. We're a small fun loving fleet that enjoys RPing anywhere and everywhere. Our Fleet's RP is based along with game Lore and Star Trek Cannon. That's not saying that original player created species aren't welcome. We welcome anyone's characters that are well thought out, and don't have "Super Powers" such as members of the "Q" continuum or other all power aliens. We welcome Romulan Characters in addition to Federation Klingons. Unfortunately game mechanics at this time do not allow for KDF faction characters to join in on Starbase RP. However we would welcome anyone playing a KDF Faction toon to join in on our RP anytime they can.
Our fleet is small but we're looking to grow, we don't have much in the way of assets, all holdings are at low levels. Our rules are simple, respect each player treat them just as you would want to be treated. If you play a member of Starfleet, remember that there are somethings that Starfleet members can't be allowed to do. Always remember that any in character action has an in character consequence. We also operate by the principle that RP should be free of Out of character Drama. This means that if you have problems with other players you have the right to not RP with them or to RP with them as you see fit.
Our fleet isn't Governed by a council, the fleet leader after taking advice from the seasoned members of the fleet makes the decisions on Out of character matters. In short we don't do Politics and we don't do cliques of players that divide and tear down other fleets. We're open to new ideas. If you have Ideas for fleet Story-lines and events feel free to bring them up to the fleet Leader.
