Romulan Doff Assignment Special Deal on Entertainment Provisions Missing

The Doff assignment Special Deal on Entertainment Provisions is unavailable to Romulan characters. My Rommie has looked for it since Trade Rank 1 and has never found it. Now Trade Rank 3, the Rare version is currently (8/7/14 - 8:40AM EDT) available on DS9g yet my Rommie does not have it available. Also note that this was originally reported 11 months ago here. I did not want to necro an 11 month old thread so I started this one.

    I assumed that this was on purpose.

    Im sorry to disturb you, but i did get it in 2 of my rommies just yesterday. Its probably that the drop rate got nerfed as well (but i dont think so) but i get a lot of special deals every day.

    I've never seen it for either my fed aligned or KDF aligned Romulans. I've seen it on DOFFCALLS and it's there for my Fed and KDF characters, but not my Romulans.

    I don't believe I've ever gotten this on my Romulan character either, come to think of it. I don't have any of the holograms, at least.

    Could you please post a screenie of your assignment log showing it complete? And this is not just any special deal, this is for Entertainment Provisions which if you crit gets you the rare/very rare hologram doffs.

    I do believe this is faction-specific so it needs to be up for your allied faction. So if a Fed special is deal is up, and you're a KDF Rom you can't get it. (Don't quote me on that.)

    DOFFCALLs says that the mission's there. My Feddie can run the mission, my fed aligned Reman can't see it. Tried multiple times.

    Don't have any KDF toons so I can not test it myself on that side, however, going by the thread from ELEVEN MONTHS AGO (hint hint Cryptic) this affects both KDF and FED alligned Rommies. None of the 3 Fed Rommies I doff with have seen any "Special Deal" assignment, however, my one Human Fed has seen them.

    If any other info is needed on this let me know.
