A little lost

Hi

I have played this game before and have a level 50 with decent gear and for a time a decent ship. Now, I had installed the game through steam when I used to play, but it is no longer in my library. So I Googled STO and found this thing called Arc, which I assume is the new way of installing and managing games.

So I installed it but the thing that is worrying me is according to my account I have no playtime when I have been here before. What should I do?

    Arc only counts playtime when you use it, so the time before will not count. Also the cryptic games are stepchildren on arc and not all of pwe's social functions work in connection with it.

    I have not been able to read my bug tickets in over a year, not even the tickets about not being able to see my tickets.
