Change special boff uniforms

One thing I'd like to see in the future is the ability to change my bridge officers uniforms. Take for example the Romulan BOFFs from the embassy fleet store, or Nelan Excil, or my Gorn BOFF I got when I hit R4 Diplomacy, I'd like to be able to change the uniforms to match the rest of my crew, or what not. Just some freedom there would be nice. (Also for Romulan Fed allied, when finishing Temporal Ambassador and getting the notif that you got that uniform unlocked, yet not able to use it is kinda annoying.)

    Oh yes, I'd love to see mu cross-faction gorn Diplomacy BOff able to rock the same Tactical Odyssey look as my other Away Team heavy hitters! Or perhaps free up the Romulan costumes for my Romulan Dilithium BOff for KDF and Fed fed captains. C'mon guys! the Romulan Republic sports a cool, stylish uniform, but when we lay out hard earned dilithium for a Romulan BOff, we get a monk in robes? And not even decent robes either! Face it, the guy is just a refugee who somehow conned his way onto our ship!

    Let's face it, the only advantage the Federation has is in its fashion! But how are we supposed to lure converts over if we don't allow them to wear our stuff once they are on our side? :D

    I'm hoping this gets updated eventually. Even if we can't access SF uniforms for him, it'd be nice to get some options on the look as the stock BOFF is just... dull :/

    Been brought up plenty of times. There was some hinting that the devs might be looking into opening up some options for them a while back, but nothing concrete. I'd really like to have my Romulan exchange officer in the Republic uniform rather than the refugee garb...

    At least marauding boffs get KDF uniform options now. That's a huge improvement over what they had.

    The excuse is clipping issues and whatnot...but I'm not buying it. My photonic doctor is built like any other human. Why can't he wear the clothing that fits humans?
    My Old Blog about things that could and should have been added when I wrote it. Not sure what I want to do with it now. I'll just keep it available now that most of it is outdated.

    Except that Romulan or Gorn didn't go to Starfleet Academy and didn't defect...so I see no reason they really have a right wearing a Starfleet uniform.

    Then could said Romulan PLEASE wear a Romulan Republic uniform and not dress like a refugee who snuck onto my ship? Seriouly, I'd feel the need to hide the good silverwear ifwe didn't replicate it...

    At least let the guy have access to romulan options!
