I believe I read this but wanted to make sure all other Odyssey Uniforms like the Dress Uniform can only be gotten through your fleet store? There is no other place to buy them?
No ... The 'standard' version is available for free, all other versions require access to a Fleet Starbase that has the Tailor unlock project completed.
It also requires Fleet Marks and Dilithium to purchase them, and there a two optional variants you can purchase.
There is also a "Long coat" available, for veteran Gold Subscriber or Lifetime members.
Thanks for your answer. My only problem with that is being is that fact you can't buy them and need to be part of a fleet. My work schedule doesn't allow me to be as active as I would like to be. Being with this since day one 1 in open beta I wished there was a way for lifers to buy the other uniforms
There's a ton of super-casual fleets out there that don't care about enforcing play time quotas or anything, and high-level fleets can invite someone to visit their base to shop if that person's own fleet is struggling with ranking up the base.
You might have a little trouble quickly getting all the Fleet Credits you need for the gear you want if you don't play much, but you shouldn't feel too rushed because of that.
I don't know why you can't get fleet Oddy uniform (dress) via tailor on ESD? So if the fleet starbase don't support tailor yet, than you should wait long time for tailor to be available on fleet starbase. For those who had bought Oddy uniform, should be able to change it at ESD tailor. Remember, some of players switched fleet to get fleet stuff (including Oddy uniform) and than switched back to their original fleet. So if we wanna get new Oddy uniform - already purchased - we must switch fleet again. Please do something 'bout this dev.

You don't have to switch Fleets. Just ask for an invite to a Starbase with the Tailor unlocked. NoP Public Service channel has people doing this all of the time.

Step 1. grind 3 days worth of refined Dil - 24,000. (Bonus weekend is on now - one nights playtime to generate it, then just log in on 3 days to refine)
Step 2. Find a casual fleet struggling for Dil - swap 8000 Dil into the Fleet Credits required.
Step 3. Use Nerd of Prey channel to get an invite to a Fleet who have tailor project.
Step 4. Buy uniforms for a total of 8k FC and 14k Dil. (IIRC...)
Or, similar process with 200 Fleet marks and convert them into FC, and only grind 2 days Dil.
Love the color guides for the Odyssey guides. Are there any for the Bortasqu' and Romulan uniforms?
None at this time from Cryptic, although I believe there is a Romulan guide on the Wiki.

ThomasTheCat said he has plans to do guides for the Romulan uniforms, at least, in the Priority One interview, since those are already pretty standardized.
The guide on the wiki should be pretty close, though. I double checked all the colors before I put it up, outside of the red jacket since there's no place you can see that in good lighting. There are a few variants still missing from that, too.
One thing I'm really hoping for the official guide is that Thomas doesn't go with divisional colors for these uniforms. It's just too Starfleet. There's already sort of a precedent for it in Sphere of Influence and the candidates, but the majority of Romulan NPCs are in that same light brown jacket and look so... unified as a result. (I've been wondering if color differences are actually supposed to signify rank, most of the brown jackets are lower ranking officers, Jarok wears a greener one, and Kererek is in a vivid green.)

I definitely agree that RR uniforms shouldn't use divisional colors.

We dont get the same tan colors as the refugees, and we cant use the mercenary set with those pieces anyway. Cryptic doesnt want us to be mistaken for NPCs I guess.

This seems a bit of a tangent since the guide I linked is for the Republic uniforms, not the refugees on New Romulus... You can be mistaken for an NPC all you want in a Republic uniform since you can match it perfectly.

Isnt the first Uniform you get for the Romulans the 'standard' uniform?
