Would like like some tips on how i can get a bit more DPS from my build, currently doing around 8k dps, but would like a bit more, any help/tips/tricks would be appreciated. Thanks
Yeah, change those tac consoles to all locators, then have the CrtD mods on the weapons. You could probably add in some rom plasma weapons as well.
Btw, which mods do those weapons have?
EDIT
You have also missed the rom 2 piece plasma damage buff by not using the rom torp or experimental rom beam (the beam uses no energy when fired and the torp throws out a *lot* of heavy plasma torps).
Too many attack patterns. I'd swap apo1 and beta 3 around, dump the beta 1 for a csv and turn the rapid fire to another csv.
Dump the eng team, put eptw1 there and put aux2sif in the lt engineer slot instead of the eptw2.
Also, have you considered the nukara shield and engine 2 piece bonus called "weapon stabilizers"?
I don't think so, no. That's just down to the stupid amount of dmg mods on fleet weapons. If you could get fleet weapons with stuff like "crtDx4" or whatever then yes I'd say they're better, but they don't.
Plus the rom plas weapons have that disruptor proc. Always handy.
That build that the guy above posted is better, but still has too many attack patterns. More than 2 total will end up with you hitting the global cooldown all the time on one of them, never using it.
What about something like this? Could you get the experimental rom beam and the nukara shield and engine?
EDIT
Or you could swap the BO3 and apb1 for beta2 and bfaw 2 I suppose, if you don't want the power drain issues with the BO. Weapon stabilizers from the nukara 2 piece and the low drain from the romulan exp beam should keep it manageable though.
Use Fleet Advanced Escort +tac console
2pc Nukara Space set
try 2pc Romulan weapon set (romulan torpedo) bonus dmg
Remove APO add one more CSV and change CRF to CSV
use keybinds and right buffs at right time...
FaW+DEM+AtB in pvp = High score , no skill.

In a solo environment, Fleet Plasma will average higher than Rom Plasma. I've done statistical analysis of the average uptime of the Disruptor proc of a single individual and the potential gains in damage. The end result is that the debuff will cause Rom Plasma to do more damage while it's active (for low initial resistance values only, due to how resistance works), but it's not active enough to cause the average damage to be higher than Fleet.
But the content where damage really matters isn't solo play, it's team play, and the Disruptor proc benefits the entire team, not just a single individual. As a result, Rom Plasma likely ends up being the better choice when it really matters. That said, the added damage gained for others from your Disruptor debuffs won't be attributed to you, so your average damage numbers would likely end up looking lower even though the overall effect is that the team as a whole did better.
The universe has a wonderful sense of humor. The trick is learning how to take a joke.

Another thing to look at is your skill tree ... Starship Energy Weapon Specialization needs to be beefed up, minimum of level 6.
Driver coil skill only improves your speed in sector space ... not really needed.
If you aren't running a drain build, you can take those points out of Flow Capacitors.
Many of your skills, in truth, only need a max of 6 points (you get very little extra for those maxed out at 9). You can take those extra points and max out your weapons skills. Try doing searches for other builds on the skillplanner and see how those skill trees are set up.
