Dhelan set no longer exclusive to the Dhelan...

With the Xindi boxes changes to Sabotage Probe, the Enhanced Defensive Systems set (+5 shield power, +10% defense), typically known as the Dhelan set, is now only limited to warbirds in general.

I dislike a endgame ship losing it's tiny bit of distinctness, can the set gain a bonus that only applies to the Dhelan (like how the jem'hadar or elachi sets have extra JH/Elachi only bonuses)? Perhaps +10 Aux power or +10% exotic damage, given the Dhelan Retro's slightly sciency leaning?

    Now it's happened, I can gaurantee you that the valdore console will be in a future one, and it'll be the most sought-after item on the exchange. It's just a matter of when.

    Are you speaking about the valdore set or Console? The console is already available to all warbirds
    Have you tried the new forum on your phone?

    To non warbirds. I personally want the derpydex console for my palisade :)

    That would not be Op at all. It would be a lovely addition to my JHDC with plas leech.

    Yep...same old story....KDF had unique stuff as well until the federation people demanded those items as well...


    They will get a scimitar equivalent soon enough....:rolleyes:

    maybe I'll use the dhelan set + aegis engines + 5x voth rep engineering consoles + counter command deflector and go speed tanking in a D'D or Haakona in Kerrat for fun lol

    Of course they are...Romulans brought in money because of how screwy and powerful they were made...intentional so people would buy them.

    They put out the OP Scimitar which sold very well then they put out some lame escort which didn't sell well. So now that things are sold and we will probably see a new ship as often as the KDF they're going to give away all our power to the Feds now.

    Wouldn't surprise me if in the coming months we see a lock box ship with like a singularity core or something...plus a Fed version of the Scimitar...

    I kinda hope they do make the Plasma Destabilizer console open to any Romulan ship to someone because I want the set on a ship that isn't so small and fragile.

    I guess the plasmonic and inspiritional will still rate higher ;)

    Wouldnt do that, I took it from all my Roms aside my Tank (because, well, its the tankiest console out there), because you get addicted to it fast, and you lose a bit dps^^

    Best chance to earn mad EC. Hoard those once they're out and cheap, sell them at a hefty profit later.

    It also goes without saying giving away faction consoles means the devs don't have to work

    as hard either, they just chuck a faction console in the box and don't have to come up with anything

    new. Yay! less work, more money.
