Aegis shield stack

Does anyone know how much resistance each stack adds? I couldn't find it.

And is it hull or shield? (I'm being told that according to some podcast it's hull resist)

In essence.... is it better than the Elite Fleet?

    It is a hull resist, not a shield resist, so it's not going to be the same as Fleet shields.

    Second, it's bugged (at least for some players) and the proc doesn't fire unless the whole set is equipped.

    Third, as I recall from pre-9.5 testing, it's 3ish percent per stack.... or was it 3 damage resist per stack.... it's 3 something, so a full stack is 15.

    I spose it could be interesting if hull resist builds really worked in PvP, but otherwise, it's often better used for looks over performance.

    The old Aegis was hull resist. Are we sure the new one is? The devblog likened it to the fleet shields - which would imply shield resist.
