Is there supposed to be someone talking on:

I saw people writing stuff about hearing someone. Of course, as people are ever so gracious on that link when I asked there 5 minutes ago, no one answered. So which means I have to ask here instead of figuring out whether or not I should have tried fixing a problem that may or may not exist (which if I may add, I have no clue what's happening)
Feels like I wasted an hour or two of my life trying to figure out what the discussion is about.
