Our Klingon Starbase is currently on timer for tier 5. With the changes to the crafting system it has changed the requirements that were donated to start the timer. The timer is still counting down. But when we get to 0 will we have to restart the project or is this a glitch?
We are 3 days from tier 5 on our KDF starbase , a lot of people in out fleet have contributed to this and we see it as causing major concern among the fleet.

Question:- 1. What will happen when timer runs out if Missing Raw Material is not full?
2. If we fill missing materials will this affect / reset timer ?

There were glitches in two of the upgrade projects I was contributing to a while back where the timers had started prior to me filling up all the requirements. Since the timer had started I didn't want to muck anything up until the timer had finished. When the timer had finished the upgrades were awarded, even though one project was short on expertise and another short on some commodities.
EDIT: Too bad it coudn't have been less dilithium that kicked off those timers early.
I remain empathetic to the concerns of my community, but do me a favor and lay off the god damn name calling and petty remarks. It will get you nowhere.
I must admit, respect points to Trendy for laying down the law like that.

It looks weird, having a finished unfinished project, but it works.
I do trust Bort's words that it works, you see, I'm just mostly REALLY nervous about it still. I mean, for me, it's my fleet's tier 5 SB upgrade that is ticking down and will end later this week.
I just don't want to see that timer hit 0 and all of it been for naught because of a bug.
