Seductive trait?

I recall coming across some lockbox item (don't recall which) that required seductive/peaceful trait for the best crit chance. I was wondering if these Risa Doffs would be worth the trouble on the last 24 hours and if anyone remembers the particular item i came across that i can't seem to remember :)

    I reckon it might be one of the temporal or tal shiar beacons for the doff officers you are talking about. Each has slightly different requirements (sci beacon is Efficient/Peaceful/ Teamwork, Eng is Efficient, Founder of Fed Teamwork).

    The Risa officers - for the ones I've tried - don't work very well as they also have a failure trait as well.
