Any Fleet with Military tier 5?

I'd like to join a new fleet with Military tier 5.

    If they're at T5, are they really new? Or would the fleet just be a new one for you?

    It would be nice for the Devs to provide a list of the fleets that have a T5 shipyard. If nothing else, those fleets that allow players to join in order to buy a high-end Fleet Refit ship could advertise on this thread.

    lol "Top Fleet". How does one define that?

    8-Ball company - maxed out everything. Fleet Provisions coming out of our ears.
