server not responding

I'm sure some folks have had this problem already but I'll ask anyways, have very many been having this issue. The game will freeze and say server not responding then ultimately dc. I know it's not my machine and it's not my ISP as a friend has been having a similar issue and he's on a completely different ISP. It's getting pretty ridiculous at this point at how often sometimes it's happened. Does anyone have any ideas as to what it could be? It didn't start doing this for me until after the last maintainenece cycle.

    I got disconnected a few minutes ago and now I can't even load up the client login.

    Account Server is giving me trouble. :(

    And back down. Then back up. And back down, and up. Interesting that I'm not showing any issues to the server though.
