    Will there be a 15% charge bonus with Game Cards ever again? I have been waiting since the end of last year for that promotion. I have a Ultimate Game Card and I know that Cryptic will not be supporting them much longer so I have to use it or loose it.

    Would it be possible to make those amounts available in general? Not the bonus amounts, but the normal amounts...when going through the Charge Zen process?

    That process has changed a few times, and the most recent one doesn't tell you what you're getting until you're actually into the billing aspect of it.

    "How much do you want to spend?"

    Doesn't really work for the folks that prefer...

    "What do you want?"

    It used to be somewhat of a pain, but still somewhat manageable after a previous change when you could click the amount and click a payment type to see the amount that you were getting...still feel it would be best just to have the amount of Zen listed right there with the amount. It still wasn't as good, imho, as simply seeing right off the back - but it was workable from a single page.

    But the current system has you select an amount, select the billing method, and then have to proceed after that even to see how much Zen you're getting.

    Even if you had that little table there in the blog available on that page with the Charge Zen, that would be helpful...cause there's no way to know what you're getting without already knowing or having to proceed way too far into the process...

    Yeah, I have to admit, I'm sorta bummed that they don't include the game cards anymore.

    Who knows...

    But this is the reason i NEVER charge zen lol. If they would change to the first days of the month.. it will be different.

    15% Charge Bonus

    $100.00 = 10000 + 600 = 10600 ZEN
    $100.00 = 10000 + 1500 +600 + = 12100 ZEN
    $50.00 = 5000 + 300** = 5300 ZEN
    $50.00 = 5000 + 750 + 300** = 6050 ZEN
    $30.00 = 3000 ZEN
    $30.00 = 3000 + 450 = 3450 ZEN
    $20.00 = 2000 ZEN
    $20.00 = 2000 + 300 = 2300 ZEN
    $10.00 = 1000 ZEN
    $10.00 = 1000 + 150 = 1150 ZEN

    For those wondering what the asterisk next to Steam means:
    - Steam (**Not eligible for the bonus 300 ZEN) (^10,000 and 20,000 ZEN packages are excluded)

    I began as a free player, then just as there's now, there was a Lifetime sale & I purchased. I'm still happy about that too. Every once in a while I still buy some Zen, when there are sales/bonuses, to help support a game I like. I wont be purchasing Zen during this sale though, b'c I already have a bit saved up. I'm sure it's perception but it seems they have plenty more Zen sales than in-game sales which is what I've been waiting for. Hopefully something like that will happen later this summer.
