Auxiliary to batteries needs a buff

Just up to the point that I can vape any escort in PvP, no further. Perhaps an extra slot when you equip aux2batts, or an aux2batts trait or rep power. Combine that with reducing the cool down and maybe reducing the drain to aux so I can still use grav wells and stuff whenever I want. We can all agree that taking these small steps will address the need to balance aux2batts that everyone has been talking about.
