Risa Event

I tried to go to the risa event on my lvl 2 engineer, what is the min lvl to go into it and work for the pearls (i know i can't open the ship box till 50 tho)

    Level 2, your still in the tutorial. You have to finish that and get into the real part of the game.

    I am not in the tutorial, i'm lvl 6 now, when i go to risa it wont let me into the new risa world. it only lets me on the classic beach

    I took a look at sto wiki for the event and did not see any mention of minimum rank; grind to 10 and you should be able to get in to event. Google luck.

    The new tutorial is pretty much til level 10 for all factions, you don't really gain full access to things until you crest ten.

    You can't access the Risa summer event until your character is level 10.

    I have been frustratingly tyring to visit Risa with my lvl 9 Char. Now I find it is for lvl 10 and above.

    This should be made clear as I thought there was a bug.

    Also why the restriction? Does something happen at lvl 10?

    At level 10 Romulan characters can choose faction, they need to be in a faction for some thing in Risa.

    Would be bad that Romulan characters can´t enter and starfleet and KDF can, so all need to be level 10.

    There are no events on Risa that specifically requires you to be of any level to do the activities. You can literally do it with a level 0 character.

    The level 10 restriction forces new toons to simply experience other aspects of the game before doing the special event. You could say that you need to earn the right for the opportunity to get a free ship from the summer event. You earn that right by leveling up a toon to level 10.

    There is no need to feel rushed at this point in time. You only need to get 1,000 pearls to get a ship. At 40 pearls per day to do the floater event you need to do it for 25 days. If you start today, then you should be able to get your ship by July 3rd.

    If you have multiple toons on your account, then as long as one of them has gotten 1,000 pearls to get the free ship, then your other toons will only need 40 pearls to get the same ship as well.

    You get to choose either the Risan Cruiser or the Risan Corvette (from 2013). Assuming you have 2 toons you need a total of 1,040 pearls to get the Cruiser or the Corvette for both toons. If you want the Cruiser for your 1st toon, and the Corvette for your send toon (i.e. different ships), then each toon will need 1,000 pearls (2,000 total). If you want both ships for both toons then each toon will need 1,040 pearls (2,080 total).
