  You can't. However, you could ask a moderator to move it. On the main forum page, look down at the bottom of the page, and you'll see who the moderators are. I believe you can click on their names.

  Since I can't find a recent thread that you can submit screenshot to, I thought I'd open up my own. Post any screenshots you have of your ships and characters, guys! Even screenshots that you've taken from the game and edited in an epic way. Let's share our creativity!

  I tend to use the /demorecord command every so often when i play a mission, and then comb through the footage hoping i find a good screenshot for wallpapers :P
