What is with maintenance and updates breaking the game?

Are any of these maintenance and update patches tested? After four hours of maintenance I now have difficulty loading consoles on to my ships (I move them to the desired slots and they move about 10% of the time) and also when I change maps my DOFFs change.

    active DOFFs have been a problem for some time now specially when using loadouts. and the console thing also started to occur to me now.

    I hope tray consoles get fix this time too. I always have to remove the weapons payloads now and then. Move what I want into 5 slots. I am not redoing it over and over again. So I just stick them where I need them.

    Duty Officers, I've notice some don't appear when I choose them for new duty orders. Like they're hiding somewhere on the ship. Come out, come out where are you?

    First thing that happened to me after the patch is all my weapons fell of my ship into my inventory.
