It says: A File was locked that could not be opened for Writing?

    I've heard that Starfleet has started revoking command codes for captains who can't follow basic protocol.

    Run the launcher again by right clicking on the icon and using "Run as Administrator". You might be prompted for your computer's password when you do this.
    Member since November 2009... I think.
