Two questions

I have finished the four tier diplomatic missions on my rom/Fed Toon.
Is there a Ambassador uniform for completion, and if so how do I claim it?

Also on all cut scenes I have lost the voice, but still get all the sounds in the scenes,
Anyone have any ideas as to what the problem may be?
I have already tried verifying files on launch but that didn't work.

    Regarding the uniform, Just go to the tailor and look through the options. Pants are Long and loose i think. Jacket is in ... I forget.

    Regarding the Voices: Did you check your sound settings? Maybe you turned the voice overs off. I know i've done that.
    A Trill, a Gorn, a Jem'Hadar, Bejoran and a Voth walk into a bar, and the Bartender asks "What is this a Joke?"
    "Nope, just my away team" the trill replies before ordering a round for the bar.

    It's been awhile but if memory serves you should just have to go to the tailor and select it as an option. dont foget your free cross fraction BO.

    To help make what hokeb said clear, you get the cross faction BO by talking to Ambassador Sugihara on ESD.

    Sorry to respond so late.(just finished the night shift.)
    I've gotten the cross faction B.O. but still can not see the uniform.
    I have the dress boots and the long loose pants option but no option for the Ambassador uniform.

    Don`t know what I'm doing wrong but sooner or later I'll figure it out. ;)

    I don't think the romulans get the uniform. There is a "gala" vest but I don't think you get it from the Doff tiers. May be mistaken.

    And if it's this one you can't find, have you tried on the vest options (loose, tight, etc..)?

    Yes I've tried them all. You are more than likely right about them not getting the uniform, but the reward info says that I do and it seems odd that now I have the option for the dress boots.

    The Preservers outfit (aka robe) could be use it's under off-duty tab if you don't see . Make it all white you can use that with the Romulan, KDF and FED factions. Looks like the Uniform/Diplomat is for more the Fed faction although Romulan have the option to being a Diplomat/Ambassador. KDF doesn't have diplomatic rank of Ambassador more of Marauder role.

    Since I can log in to the game (I couldn't when I replyed), I've checked on my toon. It's under Jacket loose, it's called "Republic dress uniform"
    But if memory serves me correctly, this is not a reward for the diplomatic Doffing. I'm pretty sure I had this costume before I got my toon to tier IV diplomacy.
    I also remember looking for a new uniform when I reached tier IV and not finding one. That's why I said I don't think you get one (though it could have been my fault not finding it somewhere).

    The Republic Dress Uniform is a Veteran or LTS reward if I remember right.

    The uniform mentioned in the Diplomacy tiers is the white Starfleet dress uniform first seen in Insurrection. It is therefore only available to Fed/Starfleet characters. Romulans see it there because Romulans are just granted access to the exact same Doffing system as their ally faction. But, not actually being Starfleet you can't get the uniform.
