According to the Dev Blog post, Tal Shiar boxes this weekend have a chance of dropping the Tal Shiar Adapted Battle cruiser. (Yeah, I can imagine the odds...)
- Is it ANY Tal shiar box opened during this weekend or only those that drop this weekend?
- How does the Adapted Battle Cruiser measure up to a more familiar ship? They're pretty expensive on the exchange.
(And Tal Shiar boxes are too, maybe I should just sell mine instead...)

85-90M would be a better suited price instead of the 130M i see on the exchange especially since there's a new inflow of available adapted cruisers.
Tough, gets sensor analysis, and the universal commander slot.
Even the console is a nice fit for a GW type set up.
Gather them up and have them shoot at each other for a bit.
Combine with the Nukara tier five power for extra yucks.
Yes, any Tal Shiar box will drop it. Be it ones you might've already owned, or ones you pick up. HOWEVER, the moment the event ends, those boxes will NOT retain that ability.
It drops either or. Lockboxes have never given more than one item at a time.
Normally yes, but for the duration of the event you can actually get both ships in one box. Sure, you will get better returns doing the lottery but it is mathematically possible.

There was a dev post about it, Blog 21. Says in addition to, not instead of.
Although to all intents and purposes practically there is no difference between the two of course - which is what your quote means.

I posted what the tal shair lockbox blog said in my previous post.
Third paragraph, " During these missions, the Tal Shiar Lock Box can drop which now comes with a chance to win a Tal Shiar Adapted Battlecruiser in addition to its normal rewards (this still requires a Lock Box Key to open)."
It means you have a chance to win it as well. You get a chance to win any of those items. It just means it added a chance to get the Adapted cruiser.
Ok. Someone really needs to update that Dev blog...
Yes, it is. Still, it makes no difference in real results of opening boxes.

That tells you how bad that ship is that it would be allowed like that. Technically speaking of course. I got it way back when it came out but I mainly use them like the bortasqu' for storage space.
Same console layout as the Tactical Odyssey. Universal Commander Slot, comes with 2 part Tal Shiar Set, (warp core and the nadion thingy which is able to prevent donatra from firing her burst) together making its hull heal stronger. ALSO its has sensor analysis, togther with the 3 tac consoles that makes it pretty damn good as a damage dealer also. also has 3 cruiser commands, putting it on the weapons power setting even gives you more tac usage then.
i lalso have most Z store ships, but this is still my main ship, and i love it.
