Loot box stays on screen

As per the title.
When I am in a queue'd pve mish and I loot an item, the loot window stays on screen. An annoying black box that I've had to move into the corner of my screen so it isn't in the way.
This is new for me, hadn't been happening before.
Should I expect this to continue? Really rather annoying.

Also the "Talk to Loot Critter" dialog is annyong.
Maybe the Loot Critter was lonely before the dinosaur-laser-fight in space
Jokes aside, yeah both are annoying bugs.
One thing you can do is click on it and then 'delete' to make it go away temporarily...until it comes back again.
Also noticed that the pop ups that show what loot I pick up in the bottom of the screen keeps appearing on top of the rest of my HUD, which blocks the view of my power levels etc. seems to happen no mater how I arrange to order of the HUD items.
