Can't copy toons to Tribble

Is self-explanatory.
By following http://www.arcgames.com/en/my/character/copy/sto a red note appears:
"There are no test servers available for your account on this game."
Of course I have been using it for ages, did the transfer a lot of times back in the times we had the old website. I'm able to log in to Tribble from the launcher, though.
Got this issue forwarded to support, but they said there is no chance they could help. Anyone else out there?
