New Fleet's

I am looking to join a fleet that is at least a phew days or a week old. anyone know of a fleet like this?

    Well, I've got two (FED/KDF) fleets which are two months old. Would that be a problem?

    That's quite the paradox, how could you nerf nerf when the nerf is nerfed. But how would the nerf be nerfed when the nerf is nerfed?
