General Uniform Ideas

What are some general uniform ideas everyone has? I don't mean specific ideas like a certain uniform you all want to see. I mean a concept really. For example; I'd like to see elbow length gloves, more tank top and/or short sleeve options. I'd also like more head gear, similar too what the dress uniforms in Into Darkness had (Yes, I know legally Cryptic can't touch anything in the JJ verse, which is why I said like) or like what many real world militaries have (Special forces berets).

    I imagine the major obstacle to berets and other headgear is a technical one - how to make them 'play nice' with the variety of head models possible. That said, I'd like to see the eyepiece options currently available (the traffic controller at ESD wears one, IIRC) made less bulky; examples below
