RP Fleet Recruiting: Starfleet Acquisitions Department

We are an RP fleet RPing as a branch of Starfleet devoted to obtaining resources and materials. Our starbase is currenty under construction but we would like to have a decent-sized community by the time it is ready. A website is currently being created. Aside from regular departments such as science and tactical, our starbase will house a acquisitions department which will carry out the mission of obtaining resources for Starfleeet. If you are interested in joining reply with an application. Note all of the questions are about your character, not you IRL. Here is the format:
