Holy Crp Fix Breach Already!!!!!

I died soo many times in Breach, I went through an entire stack of repair parts. The only improvement you guys made to this STF was the "not so bright floor" so I could see myself explode better. I had on numerous occasions one torp hit me and do over 40k damage with full shields. This is ridiculous, if your gonna break so much TRIBBLE just to push out a new season, slow down, I'm willing to wait. Would like a response from dev please, is this being worked on?!?

    You will not get a response...you can be rest assured this will be beefed...i hope it's just the protector turrets

    they're just not sure what they did to overpower breach.

    The ships are hitting harder too. I'm actually in queue now with my tank and see how that goes if have problems with this ship, its bad!!

    my tank survives 1 or 2 salvos... i just hit them and fight from a DISTANCE... as in, just barely in weapon range

    The capital ship hits too hard for how long it takes to kill it right now. So even if I can put up with the beefed up damage on everything else, I just don't want to sit there for 10 minutes or more firing at a single target. I did that. In Everquest. It was old and busted 12 years ago.

    Could be a "Aluminium Foil Hat" moment or just my own personal paranoia ...

    But I swear, that Cryptic have heard all the whining about the Scimi being OP, and they have added about 2500000000000 to the Threat rating of that ship alone.

    PuG'ing CSE ... Me in my Scim, i take out the left and middle BoP's, then head over to join the others at the right Cube ... they had whittled things down to the point where the Neggy's had spawned, when suddenly 2 Neggy's, 2 Raptors AND the Cube all stopped shooting the other four and targeted my Scimi while I was still 12k's away! I hadn't even started shooting, yet somehow my ship's threat out weighed all four other ships?

    I swearthe Neggy's were actually "hunting" me! ...

    I have noticed what appears to be a nerf to my Scimitar as well. The turn rate and speed seems to have been reduced. Can't be sure as I didn't pay that close attn to what my max speed or turn rate was. As to the threat I think I always pulled a ton of threat.

    Part of me enjoys seeing this happen. All the gleeful blustering on why my reps needed to be nerfed, and my Borg sets, and how you were all soooooooo tough, and you finally wanted challenge to make the game interesting again, and yada, yada, yada. And now, when all y'all got *exactly* what you wanted, everyone's crying like a baby!

    Lesson to be learned here? Next time, be careful what you ask for: you may actually get it!

    So let me get this straight... Having a tank to grab aggro is now a good thing and people are upset?
    NERF CANNONS - THEY NEED A 50% NERF

    My Scimi runs dual Fleet RCS Accelerators, no turn issue, I took them off, no turn issue. I don't think they nerfed the scimi. As for the "broken" breach, ironic, my fleet had no issue whatsoever. Same clear times, give or take a couple extra minutes. Most of us STILL uses the 2 piece borg set which wasn't nerfed that bad. My Vesta sneezes at the Breach still :P

    I like it, it requires more teamwork. I just went through one where everyone but one dude were talking and cross healing because we had too to stay alive. We all used CC and strategy like attacking the bulwark from behind and pinning it down with a GW. It was fun. The only person who died over and over was the guy who didn't cross heal and kinda tired to solo it.

    My only complaint is when aceton mode ends on a bulwark. It hit me for 75k. I had 55% hull resists, 61k hull, epts3 with 125 shield power, and shield comm array. I was at full power and it 1 hit me. I don't see how anyone could survive that. The only thing I could do was just stay away when it activated aceton mode.

    I know right?

    I took my agro tank into a pug ISE yesterday and no one died. I can see tanking not being helpful in a DPS ISE but in pugging it really helped and was fun for a change.

    Sorry, but no. The Breach just is not fun any longer. It was all right before if a bit tedious because of how "tanky" some of the larger ships in there were. Now though, it is completely ridiculous.

    There is a huge difference in making something more challenging, and then breaking it and making it stupid and ridiculous. The fact that the second u approach the turrets u get bombarded by torpedoes that seem to ignore 100% of ur shields is completely dumb.

    I use to be able to take out the entire node and the bulwark on my own with my charal, granted was not successful 100% of the time but it was still challenging and fun. Now the second I engage even if I am fully buffed and armored I still get popped out in 3 seconds, how is that meant to be challenging???

    You know what? I forgot to try out the new The Breach Elite (TBE) yesterday. If I have time to log in tonight I will give it a whirl...

    At worse, if the difficulty has been increased too high beyond reason, then Cryptic will probably not bother to fix TBE unless a lot people complain and also stop playing that particular STF.

    I wonder when they will fix Crystalline Catastrophe Elite (CCE). That STF no longer drops 960 dil, only 480 dil. I basically lost the incentive to play CCE now.

    In case it wasn't clear, of course I know it's bugged. It just goes to say what I've been saying often: that ppl don't want real challenge. At best, they want the semblance of challenge... as long as they're still in control. Yet the moment they start dying they cry foul!

    The Breach Elite, before the bug, was one of those pseudo-challenging missions, as being able to 'take out the entire node and the bulwark on my own with my charal' just means it was slightly more difficult, but not truly challeging at all. My point is, that nerfs are really a lot less fun than ppl think. And that being OP (= in control) is simply kinda needed for this game to remain fun.

    Its still quick easy fleetmarks plus a lil dilithium if nothing else, I run it very often.

    Edit: crystal that is, not breach.

    Not in a fleet so I don't really care about the fleet marks. Not really interested in Nukara either. I was only doing CCE for the dilithium. But now if I want a quick 960 dilithium I just do the Investigate Officer Report daily repeatable (30 minute cool down) plus a very short and easy Spotlight Foundry KDF mission which only takes around 8 minutes to complete.

    Unfortunately, I have yet to find a Federation Spotlight Foundry mission that can be done just as quickly.

Escorts actually having to pull away from enemy range and science ships unable to stay in the fight for too long?! GASP! SHOCKING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It can't be!!! NO, it couldn't!!!!!!!!!!!!! Omg, it's BALANCEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!

    Except the protector turrets ohk those tanks....i say nerf the turrets and buff the regular mobs a bit more...sadly...a patch is incoming
