Keep in mind we saw multiple different versions of the emperium, ranging from benign to hostile from technologically backwards to scientifically advanced.
Never know what we'll encounter in STO, or if they'll just throw the poll results out...

Oh my god Season 10 has the power creeps and the pay 2 win and a rep system fleet holding slider game it isn't real star trek shon sucks as a captain why did they give us more pve content when everyone knows pvp is why people play sto just a cash grab thats all it isnt like this other mmo that exists in my imagination where everything is free forever and cryptic hates puppies because they cant pay their bills with unicorn farts like they do in star trek which is why they hate star trek and lockboxes are ruining the game even though the majority of mmos have them now but sto should be different because reasons even though I don't have any idea of how economics or the vdeo game industry works things should change because I think reality works in a completely different way and people shouldn't debate me about that because it's true and you're an evil person for disagreeing with me and you're dumb and stupid for thinking cryptic is anything else other than hitler who doesn't fix bugs ever at all forever and it's just more cash grabs and I don't read patch notes that fix bugs because it doesn't agree with my narrative and anyone who disagrees with me is a cryptic fanboy and should be fed to wolves while their families are sold into slavery to the kdf because kdf doesn't have enough content and even though cryptic has done so much work for the kdf I'm going to stand here and pretend the kdf faction is the exact same it was in February 2010 and I'm going to keep moving goal posts and say this is the reason people don't play kdf and that is also the reason and never just admit that maybe people like sto for starfleet because that's what the shows emphasised on because I'm delusional and want to feel important even though everyone else just sees a whiner who represents why people shouldn't take the kdf seriously anymore and omg cryptic just wants my money even though I'm a lifetime subscriber despite the fact that money was probably gone over 4 years ago but they should let me have everything free forever because I'm a lifer even though I get $5 in zen a month whether I play or not because I'm special and the most important person on the planet even though the rest of the playerbase and forum posters don't know who I am and don't care who I am purple monkey dishwasher raaaage doooom :mad:

I didn't forget. But that has less to do with season updates and more with the state of Star Trek in general.

Perhaps you missed the part in "A Year of Hell" where the Krenim's weapons originally couldn't do jack **** to Voyager. Even the Kazon's weapons could hurt Voyager in a single skirmish and they were little more than cavemen. The Krenim's only notable achievement in high technology was the temporal weapon ship.
So no, I am right.

That is a joke? right. The Voyager was nearly destroyed by krenim weapons. After being pursued and almost be destroyed, the crew of Voyager developed a half-counter measure to their chroniton torpedoes, and still the ship was nearly destroyed again due to continuous attacks a long the whole "year of hell". And Voyager tried to hide almost every time. It was not only until all the crew of voyager abandoned the ship and janeway used a temporal distorsion to suicide herself and other ships to kill the krenim time ship, leaving the other Janeway and the crew save in the other temporal line.
Every specie on that show hurt Voyager. Voyager was generally weak against almost all the ships of the Delta quadrant. And in the end, the Borg. Yeah, they were resourceful, i cant deny that
That was only after the Krenim temporal weapon ship CHANGED HISTORY. Before that, they might as well have been throwing rocks for all the good they were doing.
Actually, you're both wrong. Voyager experienced multiple different versions of the Krenim, in some the Krenim were weak technologically inferior, others they were an apex empire, dominate over all they knew. Annorax's attempts to create the perfect timeline sometimes strengthened, sometimes weekened the imperium.
In the end of the two parter, it is shown that Annorax ultimately finds his goal, being with his family, but is still working on the temporal weapon ship.
It'll be interesting to see what Cryptic does with that.

You first, because you're clearly forgetting their very first encounter.
You are all wrong. The very first time the Voyager fought a Krenim warship, they coudnt defend emselves against the chroniton torpedoes. And they forced the Voyager to hide into the Nebula. That was at the beginning of the year of hell.
