The Romulan Mission List

In the absence of Romulan faction functionality, this list will serve as a central place for Romulan Captains of either alignment to easily find missions geared toward them.

Authors, if you have built a mission for Romulan players of either faction, please post the details in this thread. I will update the OP with the missions. Use this formula:

Mission Summary: Command on Mol'Rihan has a new assignment for you: a joint survey of a nearby nebula alongside a Starfleet vessel, in the interests of furthering relations. But this is Starfleet, and if any Romulan or Reman knows anytrhing about them, it's that missions for Starfleet never seem to go quite to their expectations...

Mission Title: B'Vat's Legacy (part one)

Mission Summary: Section 31 has requested your assistance with disposing of a rogue Klingon. J'Gor has gone back in time to take over the Romulan Star Empire 200 years in the past.

    It should be noted that as of this post, neither of my KDF-allied missions have reached the five reviews needed to get them out of review hell. If you want to play the KDF-allied versions, you will need to click "Become Reviewer" and search for these missions on the Review tab. Also, to differentiate them from the Fed-allied versions in the Foundry editor, the KDF versions have their alternate mission titles as their "official", searchable titles.

    The Fed-allied versions are what I consider the "definitive" versions of these missions, partly because the series is a prequel to my Fed series Ghosts of War, and partly because I only have a Fed-allied Romulan toon to play-test Romulan missions. If/when we ever get to designate missions for Romulans, the Fed-allied versions will be converted and the KDF-allied versions will go away.

    Last, but not least, the final mission of the trilogy is in development for both factions:

    Hmm... do missions about Romulans that aren't about fighting them count? In my mission B'Vat's Legacy, you use time travel to stop a time traveling Klingon from conquering the RSE with 2409 tech in TOS era. It's not something that would pose any issues to play AS a Romulan, even though it isn't written for that.

    As long as it is Romulan compatible. So for instance, if anyone addresses you as a Starfleet officer/Klingon warrior, that would be no good. If it is written very neutral i'll include it.

    OR, if you have added tagged dialogue for Romulan captains, so it could be played by either Romulans or non-Romulans, that would work too.

    My current project, "Emendatio Erratarum Veterum", will be Romulan-friendly, but it's nowhere near release.

    I tried to write my mission, "Time's Arena", to be as faction neutral as possible. By popular demand I even edited it to include Romulan specific dialogue choices at certain points. Check it out and see if you want it for your list.

    Mission Title: Time's Arena

    Faction: Fed-Romulan
    Level Requirement: 41+
    Mission Summary: Without warning, your ship is swallowed up by a strange anomaly. You find yourself in an unknown area of space, filled with ships and people from a multitude of different places and times. How and why you all came together is a total mystery, but you will have to work together to find a way for you all to return to your proper places in space and time.
