Doffs moving on their own?

My assigned space doffs are moving out of the assigned spots back into the duty officer roster whenever I log in/out. The ground ones are staying where they should be. Anyone else having this issue? or know anything about it.

    Yes this happens to me when changing ships, logging on, and changing zones sometimes. It sometimes just takes DOffs off of active duty, and sometimes replace them. I think it may be tied to the loadout system.

    Definitely not tied to the loadout system directly, as I have the same bug on one of my toons, and I don't have, never had, and never will have any loadouts saved.

    Sorry, kind of similar but not my issue. I do not have any of the same characters and/or professions assigned...all 5 in both ground and space are different.

    Tried saving a loadout and didn't help. this is the message I get when they decide to go off duty..
