Season Nine thoughts and concerns

I dont often post in the forums only done so twelve times in sto i think but I figured that some things needed to be said.

Over Team speak i often yell at both cryptic and prefect world about something you did wrong however this season I can say without a doubt you did good cryptic/prefect world.

First off the missions revamps are amazing. The borg interior looks amazing. It makes me feel like i am actually in a borg ship.

Second off The undine battlezone is amazing. My only problem with it is the lag cuased on by to many players/ships shooting so much that it cuases lag. twenty or so player ships against 40 enemy ships does give you the feel of overcoming overwhelming odds but consequently i do like seeing my andorian phaser cannons fireing and well .....gone from lag delay but also if that is all i have to worry about is my annimations not showing i got no complaints.

Undine ships....I cant tell you how many players i talked to have b****ed about wanting an undine ship....so THANKYOU for making it available to them and shutting them up for me :P Personally I am happy with my andorian escort and Temporal destorier and wont try for it but now i wont have to hear the constant "I wish they add undine ships for players"for days on end....now i just have to hear "I need the ec for one"

Risa......I know this wasnt ofically in the update but you still changed it. The Summer resort add ons look amazing so far. the hover craft surfboards....the race track start line and of course cuase this is on tribble the swimm gear! This year's summer event looks already to be comming and i looking forward to it! Personal note you devs better allow us to ride those hover craft surf boards!

My only real complaint about season nine was looking at your wiki and seeing you have planned vet reward revamp....i understand that could come later on in the season but i really wish it had come out with the start.... besides that good job cryptic

    My concern is new lock box, no one should be flying bio ships instead they should have made fed. kilgon, and romulan variations using engineering. They could have a similar designed as have been inspired from undine ships but to fly a bio ship?

    I have logged in a total of 20 minutes since season 9, tried a few things, yeah ESD looked nice, not that excited sorry, mind you, season 8 didn't grab me either.

    still, i'll hover around the forums, see if anything catches my eye, try some stuff for myself I see people talking about. Here's to a great season 10! :D

    Season 9 is ok, not great far from it. As for the reputation trait revamp it sucks. with only 4 trait options for each map type (Space/Ground) it's a total cluster.... you can choose to do damage or survive not both. Guess I screwed up buying that lifetime sub last time it was on sale, cause I'm done until they change that BS, which more than likely won't happen.

    So I guess I'll just hop on every month or so and sell my monthly zen on the dilithium store dirt cheap maybe half whatever the going rate is at the time.

    I am sorry you may have made some good things but you messed up with the revamp of ESD. all the cool foundry missions i used to do are now no good since the start point is changed and no longer available. Since i started playing this game it has been nothing but a grind to get better at well.... grinding. its always some sort of bottleneck either the dilithium daily limits or the ridiculous amount of time it takes to earn EC. I had found a few missions in the foundry that made this decent but now they are gone and so am I. I was a hardcore player and you pretty much ended everything i enjoyed doing in the game with this update. I have not played since i waited forever for the update to download it took forever and when i finally got it downloaded i started my game to see ESD changed. I did not even waste the time to try anything else out I am fed up with companys that change things just for the sake of change. There was nothing wrong with ESD and you wasted valuable resources to revamp this for nothing. in the process TRIBBLE up every foundry mission that started there which to be honest is the only thing i really liked in the game anymore all the rep grinding sucks i had already gotten worn out and you go and add more to it.. sorry but I am done with this game for good. perhaps i can find a company that actually try's to not TRIBBLE up things when they change features or other upgrades. I worked my butt off to earn what i had and its all for nothing now. I absolutely think the change to a staple in the game(ESD) was a fruitless attempt to retain players and in fact had the opposite effect driving long time players out of the game. Why couldnt you just leave it alone there was NO REASON TO CHANGE IT!!!!
