For example on the Console-Engineering-Energy Signature Dampener Mk XII [+Turn]. It has the stats +10 Antiproton Damage Resistance Rating
+10 Proton resistance Rating
26.7% Flight Turn rate
2.5% Defense
My Question is How much Stronger does it actually make your Proton damage. Would it be worth sloting 4 of these in a build. Would someone be so kind as to go into a little detail on this.

This does improve your proton Damage Resistance and not damage output.
For output you want Auto-Targeting modules

I tested it out and found that if you're running the 3 piece (Weapon, Weapon, Console) set (Which is excellent imho) then you only really to use one purple Auto Targeting module to boost the damage to similar levels to your main damage type.

The experimental beam weapon is pretty damn excellent, having tested it out a bit I've found that it's boosted my DPS without the need for a dyson module.
