game crashing

the game keeps crashing when I get to the strar trek online legacy of romulus loading screen any advice or help

    Consider yourself lucky you even get that far. The launcher for me disappears, the screen goes black for a brief instant, then I get the crash box. Two games, four crashes, same spot. Great coding job.
