OK I followed all the instructions, I got help from other players. I cannot find the pop up button anywhere in the areas where it's meant to be. In all three faction locations where i can begin FCD.
This is very very annoying. Am I bugged, or is it there but the catch area to switch it on is far too small for all the ships swarming the area.
Can this be looked into, can't believe I'm alone in this and i don't have time to play hunt the tribble.
Monkey see, Monkey do. Monkey flings Feathered Monkey poo...
I did the hail from the Overview page of the mission log pop up. First time I didn't and still could do the mission but it didn't give the proper rewards for the daily. And I was in my BoP in the battle. That meant I entered wrong for reward. (Beaming to the Bor from that useless transporter guy in the shipyards if you haven't done that beginning mission on KDF with an old pre-level 1 KDF character)
I haven't tried on Rom or Fed characters yet. Probably won't today. Weak rewards are not worth the little time it takes.

Were you in sector space, near the planet? Were you stuck in the "parking lot", which can push you out of interaction range if it's too crowded? Did you try dropping the mission and taking it again? Logging in and then logging out? Switching characters?
Haha! I *knew* this was going to be about Klink being bugged, before I even opened your post.
Seriously, I feel for you guys. I used to think the Klink got everything better and more OP. Then Cryptic made Roms, and now I see how pitiful Cryptic really implemented Klingons: you get less ships, less missions, and certain sector space regions can *still* not be entered by the Klink. Cryptic has pretty much abandoned you folks. It's actually really not that cool, if you think about it.
hmm...there is nothing wrong on the KDF side, I was able to play it last night. I think you have to be closer to the planet or perhaps have other missions in the In Progress tab?
If you transwarp to the system, or if you're already in the system, you can't start the mission.
You have to approach the system in Sector Space in order to get the "Inspection Tour" mission button.
Haven't tried it for KDF yet, but it works fine for Fed and Rom.

This. (and it's the same for all 3 factions. You have to be outside the starting system in sector space to get the start mission button.)
The one thing I find strange in the KDF version though is that it looks like the mission writers/designers did somethng different then the rest of the intro text for the mission because while you DO enter the 'Q Nos system to start the mission (and the tecxt even states 'the Bortas has returned home for the 'Day of Honor' celebration'; but the mission itself is stated to take place near the Ganalda Space Station in the Ganalda System (link), which is nowhere near the Klingon homeworld.:D
