I Can't Advance Reputation Past Tier I

I completed Tier I Of New Romulans and Omega. I have enough points for Tier II of both. But, I can't unlock the Tier 2 abilities or take on new Contribution Projects. I seem to be blocked until I unlock Ground or Space Gear or Store Unlocks. Am I doing something wrong or not understanding something? I don't want any of this stuff. I want to take on new projects so I can get to Tier III.

    You have to run the Tier I Upgrade Project; and will need to do so at each succesive Tier. Sounds like you didn't do that yet. They do not just automatically unlock.

    Do I have to unlock 1 item so I can start working on Tier III? Or, do I have to unlock everything?

    You don't have to unlock any items - you just need to run the Upgrade to Tier II project (and if you have already done that then your only recourse is a GM support ticket).

    Do you know how I can view the Tier II unlock. I don't see it. The Tier I was easy to find.

    All of the "Tier upgrade" missions are on the 3rd project slot (when available). If you have enough Reputation XP within the faction, the upgrade mission should be available to you.

    I'm having the same problem with Dyson Sphere and I can't find help anywhere. I have over 15,000 rep points but when I go to load missions, it just shows me 2 missions from tier one that I've completed multiple times. It even says tier one is complete... I submitted a ticket and got the response that I should search the forums for an answer and that they were not going to help me with game play... very frustrated at this point.

    Open your Reputation window and go to the Dyson Tab. The third project window from the top has the Claim Tier 2 Project. Once you've done this, you are good to go. Rinse and repeat for each Tier you reach.

    Jesus wept. lol THANK YOU for replying so quickly with the simple instructions on this easy task. I couldn't for the life of me figure it out on my own and I don't know how I missed it lol. Sigh... Thanks again!

    When the reputation system first went live, I was puzzled by this too. It is not terribly obvious what that third slot is for, or that you need to "claim" each tier with a project. Preferably when it's time to claim a tier, the regular XP projects would disappear and be replaced by the Claim Tier project, instead of making people look in a totally different place.

    I have an issue with the tier I Dyson.
    I have to run my tier 2 unlock mission. Except I don't have it. I even think I've done it already and it hasn't unlock my tier 2 Dyson reputation. I have 14350 reputation point atm.

    for the 3rd slot "upgrade available" I have these missions available :
    - Claim sponsorship
    - Deliver reports of joint command victories (grant 5 dyson joint command commendation for 350 dyson sphere marks)
    - Ongoing Effort against the Voth
    - Provide Cybernetic implant ...

    And I'm stuck with tier I mission in my 2 project tab slots :/

    anyone got this issue ?

    ergo, you can't get the mission cause you haven't finished the tier yet.

    Yep, that would be why. You'll know when you've cleared a new Tier because the regular reputation XP projects will become unavailable until you claim the new Tier.
