Refined Dilithium in Both bank and account bank

God Knows if cryptic will ever take any notice of this but here goes,

I don't know if this has been mentioned, but it would be nice if we could deposit refined dilithium in both the bank and account bank,as a motivation to save it up for something special to buy.
Come on Cryptic,How about it???????

Can't help you with the saving part because I always end up spending it on something when I get a big chunk, but you can pool it using the exchange.

I thought WoW's forums had angry elitist snobs, but I never could have imagined the level STO forums has.

Dont think we need a savers account and, tbh, cant see whats in it for Cryptic.

However, the idea of a refined dilithium bucket in the account bank is one that has been suggested before.....and would be moderately useful for little to no outlay on Cryptics part.

Yes i know regards pooling it,but it would be good to see it gradually mount up in the bank.

The Account Bank for Refined Dil has been suggested several times over. The Community agrees that this would be a very simple and effective means of raising the quality of life within the game.

As for the character dilthium bank... there is no need to. Your wallet has an infinite capacity. If you don't want to spend it.. then DON'T. Unless there was some kind of fun little interest mechanic when you stash your dil in the bank, there is no reason for adding this.

Only if you accumulate interest on banked Dilithium. Otherwise, no.

My first thought was, well Cryptic cant monetarise that at all so no chance.........

....but then a second thought occured to me.

What if refined dilithium, deposited in an interest bearing bank, could no longer be used to convert to zen.

In other words, banked dilithium in this way becomes bound to a given toon and can only be spent as dilithium on ingame stuff.

I'd love to see this implemented.

I'm stockpiling as much Dilithium as I can for future characters.

But transferring it via Exchange is slow and tedious.

Having a way to transfer bulk amounts between characters using the account bank would be vastly preferable.

    Yes absolutely agree here.
