    according to the in-game event calender, Shuttle versions of No-Win Scenario and Fleet Alert are to be added to the game on April 10th

    I... don't see anything like that?

    Its probably a fleet event. As in your fleet set a date where they plan to do shuttle runs of NWS. These are added to a calendar in game, might be what you're looking at.

    One word:

    Awesome.

    Shuttle play is much more tense and smart-piloting oriented, rather than minmax/gimmick/macro oriented. I am a fan.

    No, that's not what I'm looking at. It's there under the cryptic event calendar - as part of the "Shuttle Weekend" April 10-14th. All shuttle missions earn extra rewards during the event as well as "new shuttle versions of existing missions including No-Win Scenario and Fleet Alert"

    No. The NPC ships will stay exactly the same as they are now. :D
