Taking your crew into Paradise city

I've probably been into Paradise City some 40 times now since I first discovered it, my crew always vanishes either at the main gate or just inside the Bar's rear entrance however today I saw someone inside Paradise City with their crew and I'm just wondering how they did it please?

    Its a glitch, in the game its happened to me once has something to do with logging in and out while near the outer wall. (at least thats how I managed it.)
