New Graphics setting's issue

below are two screen shots of graphics issues I'm having. I have tried updating my graphics drivers, changing the settings on all three graphics related tabs one by one with no luck.

Everything looks and acts as it should on holodeck as well as my computer in general.

Anyone have any thoughts of suggestions for settings

    Try Turning off cinematic focus.
    If something is not broken, don't fix it, if it is broken, don't leave it broken.

    Looks like your resolution is set low. Check that, and if it is, slide it all the way to the max percentage.

    That can now be found on the Display tab, under options. I believe it is defaulting to 50%.

    that's funny, I was just about to post my findings on this setting. It was at the minimum value of 0.50. i turned it up to 1.00 and life is good again.
