Stupid Arc thing

Okay so educate me here. So you guys transferred the Star Trek Online site to this stupid Arc thing. So how the hell am I suppose to transfer characters on to the Tribble area now? The section that this was accomplished on is only available on the Perfect World Star Trek Online web site.
I for one aren't pleased with this change. I don't like Arc. All I have had is bad encounters with them so far.

What I find more annoying is that I still have to log in to the Forums every fracking time I click on them. Oh I'm still logged in on the front page, but does it keep me on in the forums? Nope. Fix this.

I just click replay, or Quote, and it automatically logs me back in to the forums EZ PZ without typing anything.

Fix what? I don't have a problem with staying logged in like you are reporting.

Could be a browser problem. I used to have login issues when I was using IE, but they went away when I started using a different browser.

Yeah, I still use IE. It keeps me logged in on the front page no problem. But why should I change browsers to fix this?

Since Perfect Worlds witched to using Arc for Star trek Online, I've had nothing but issues. Longer download to load screen to game play times. Issues to purchasing zen. I don't like this change and me personally wish Perfect World would change it back to the way it was.

Arc has caused me no problems. Never. Not one.

But I talk sweetly to it and say kind things about it to other launcher services like Steam. I try to stay on its good side. I'm not saying it has developed sentience...I just like to be safe.

Have you tried cuddling with it?

Before the change to Arc I had no game problems. Now Every time I sign on to the game, at some point I will get booted out and have to wait 15 to 20 minutes before I can sign in again. Since I wasn't having this issue with the Perfect World signin era, I relate this issue to the Arc era of signing on. I am using a Acer laptop with Windows 8.1 with an Intel Core 13 processor. It has a high rating for its Graphics and has 4 GB of RAM. Just recently it has been checked by an IT specialist at Acer, found in good running condition. So it isn't me system.

    You

    Still

    use

    Internet Explorer

    Why ????

(I swear, I'm not being mean nor intend to be - but I am shocked, dazed and confused - that was a sentence, I would never have expected to see, ever, on any games forums. If I were on Family Feud and I was asked to name the most unlikely thing to ever happen in life - my answer would have been - a gamer using IE )
