Is anyone else having trouble actually getting in-game?

Every time I try to get on Tribble, it hangs up at the Legacy of Romulus splash screen. The program never goes completely unresponsive, it's just that something is preventing it from loading. This has persisted through two verifications and a total reinstall of the Tribble shard.

EDIT: I managed to get in. For some reason, the game defaulted to a resolution that was way bigger than my desktop's native display, which made it impossible to do anything until I spammed alt-enter to force it to windowed maximized.

    The first time I logged onto Tribble after the patch on 3/11/2014, I had to wait a very long time at the "Legacy of Romulus" screen. The game did eventually load, but it reset my graphics settings, many of them to maximum. I think this is a problem many people will encounter once Season 9 reaches Holodeck.
