I've seen 'em and I want one, but they don't seem to be available anywhere. Even charging 1200 lobi each would be better than not having em available at all and would maintain their rarity.

CBS won't sign off on "bad guy" ships being common ships for players in STO.
So, get a job at CBS, work your way to the top of CBS, then come back and sign off on it :P
Jem Hadar dreadnaught + escort cruiser +Tholian ships+ hirogen ships are all considered "Bad guy" ships...heck even Romulans are generally considered the bad guys -.- it has little to do with CBS and a lot to do with Cryptic already released the bugs and re-releasing them with a easier way to obtain them basically says t('.' t) to the older playerbase... will they still re-release them eventually? probably, the same way they were originally released, super rare drop from a specific Doff pack.
At an average of 5 lobi per box, and $1.25 per key, you'd have to spend ~$1,250 (or ~$1,125 if you buy nothing but 10-key packs for the discount) to get one if it's priced at 5,000 lobi. Seems pretty accurate to me.

Spoken like a man with no lobes for business. look, if they want to make money, they have to maximize the profit to sale function---yes, at a thousand bucks a pop, they might sell a couple, but at 1200 lobi (50% over current market value for the most expensive lobi ships) we're talking about a huge increase in sales volume.
For most ships available at the lobi store, the reason that they cost 800 lobi is that's what the numbers say will gain the most profit from the most customers. This ship should have great potential, but pricing it much higher than 1200 lobi (estimated lobi per key 4:1) which is slightly more than 300 bucks would still make it cost more than a lifetime membership, but a LOT of people would pay for it.
Once the price starts getting much higher than that, your profit base begins to decay.
at 1k lobi the profit margin should be even higher, but to maintain demand you've got to limit supply partially --not strangle it dead by making the product completely unavailable.

Last time I checked, this was a "bad guy ship":

Anyway, I'd keep them out of the lobi store, the devs went overboard on the ship and I think they realized it which is why it's very rare.

^^^ This. It's a pretty effective promotion for them. They'll get back to it again.
Thats too low... 50k sounds about right.

and there will be nuts who get the ship that way. It might actually be in their best interest to put it in the lobi store.
Why would they limit the amount something can sell for? I'm sure there's logic to that but I can't see it.
