As of yesterday afternoon, I no longer have access to this computer from STO.
When entering the password in the launcher, as I have just eventually find: "Unable to authenticate"
The PC is working properly and I have a stable Internet connection.
I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game, both individually and through ARC, but I have not had any results.
I tried to create a new user account, but the result is the same.
I tried to start the game via Steam and nothing has changed.
I tried to change my password, but I did not get any results.
Even the wrong password the message is always the same: "Unable to authenticate" Can anyone help me?

You may have a stable connection to the Internet, but do you have a stable connection THROUGH the Internet to the STO Servers ???
Problem solved:
I uninstalled ARC and the game and installed them after a thorough cleaning.
Everything seems to be back to normal.

Normally this means a server is down but lately I just think it's launcher issues.

You may have a stable connection to the Internet, but do you have a stable connection THROUGH the Internet to the STO Servers ???
Follow the instructions for the 'Net Test' and 'Trace Route' network diagnostics located in this thread... http://sto-forum.perfectworld.com/showthread.php?t=225155
... and post the results, as this will show how healthy your connection to the network where the STO Severs is...
