  Not sure if you are over 30 years young but if you are we we may be the fleet for you.
  
  We have no rules and nothing is mandatory. We are very relaxed and we are social first.
  
  We are a mature (+30) fleet of semi-casual players but we have a good mix of people with a lot of experience and newbie's. Lots of areas that you can explore as a fleet if you are interested.

  Never give up, never surrender! Hey that's our moto. We have a lot of players that are here everyday, then gone for a month or more. We have daily players, new players, experienced players, stf players, pvp payers, just about any player you can think of we have.

  Hi Rerednaw,
  
  Only a while ago I have created my own called "Soon TM".
  
  Why that name? Well, I've been working in the Foundry for a while. When new features or bugfixes were mentioned, they always said that it would be added soon (simple bug fixes usually took 3 to 6 months, features even longer).
  
  Anyhow, I have to be honest; this fleet wasn't created with RP or any other goals in mind then to create FC and provisions for the ones who have donated (which you could use if you're invited on other ones fleetmaps).
  
  
  
  There are:

  • No lvl requirements.
  • No forums which you have to register on.
  • You're not kicked out if you are offline for a while (like some other fleets do).
  • No chat needed (I'm on FoundryTalk instead).
  • You're allowed provisions based on the projects you've filled.
  • There's no "no-return" policy. If you have way too much FM and want to donate it in a different fleet (like when all our projects are filled) and come back, it's fine.

  As I've stated above; the fleet is pretty darn new. We're about a week or so away of getting T1.
  
  Since last week we've also managed to create a KDF fleet "Redacted TM".

  Don't know if we fit all your needs, but if you are looking for a small casual fleet, with no requirements and opportunity to grow, please consider joining our ranks. The 43rd Tactical Wing is a very small but active fleet. Our number one rule is "No Drama". You can be involved in any way you see fit. There is no requirements to join and all stores are open to all ranks. If you are looking for a fleet, but do not want to deal with all the politics and drama of larger fleets, please consider joining us. We are very relaxed and very friendly.
