Not complaining but we need more dreadnoughts.... I believe theres only 5 or 6 or 3 but id like cheaper dreadnoughts. ive been trying to get myself a Jem'Hadar and I cant so we need a awesome Starfleet dreadnought a cheap one for lower half admirals and above, has the same stats like 45,000 hull and shields, also not crazy expensive should be around for 500k dilithuim [not like I can actually afford it] to buy, but also they should start saying u can buy ships with Energy Credits so we players don't have to pay zen or dilithuim, thx for taking ur time to read, if I have posted this in the wrong section or forum u have allrights to ask and for staff have perm to move me to diff section Thx and seeya all!
Maybe u could earn money from quests
IM BORED, Cryptic is making everything boring, dreadnoughts i want, not fleet ships!
But more dreads for feds? yeah I can get behind that idea
As far as payment goes, Its probably going to remain as is, Its the way Cryptic keeps the lights switched on

have you actually reviewed the earnings statement's for Cryptic?

PW doesn't differentiate between divisions on it's earning statements. Net profit for all 14 games in the 3rd quarter was $19 million. 2nd quarter was $13 million. 1st quarter was $21 million. 4th quarter results aren't out yet. You're looking at roughly $80 million for the year, over 14 games; and pw had stated that while sto is it's biggest western market game the western market is a fraction of their asian market business. That's probably why nwn is being converted for their asian market next year.
I get sick of people asking for "cheaper" ships in game. The reason STO is as good as it is, is because people pay lots and lots of money for those ships. If they become easy to get, Cryptic gets less money, they invest less in STO, it starts to suck, etc...
There are plenty of end-game T5 ships available that you can get for free as it is. The fleet store sells retrofits you can get for 200,000 FC; also, ships like the Risian Corvette, Dyson Science Destroyer, Breen Plesh Brek/Chel Grett, and Obelisk Carrier (ALL endgame) can be earned for free during special events.

Fleet ships require "someone" getting a fleet to T5.

Except, the game is already starting to stink, and that is inspite of the prices going up.

Wish i was around when most of the events where there, dammit Jim told u we should be there earlier.
Fleet ships require "someone" getting a fleet to T5.
That's not free. For "someone."
That is inaccurate; only certain ships require T5 fleets, and (unless I am mistaken), none of the free "200,000 fleet credit" ships are included in that. The only ships that require T5 are the Fleet Assault Cruiser and the Fleet Heavy Escort Carrier, both of which cost 4 fleet modules and thus don't count as "free".

Indeed, you are mistaken. All of the fleet ships that cost 200,000 Fleet Credits require some development of the Shipyards. The Odyssey that was given away for free, for example, requires a T5 Shipyard.

It's been a long road, getting from there to here~
The Jupiter is the obvious choice for a new Federation dreadnought, though of course it needs an extensive redesign and/or giving the model a serious pass before it can happen.
"Critics who say that the optimistic utopia Star Trek depicted is now outmoded forget the cultural context that gave birth to it: Star Trek was not a manifestation of optimism when optimism was easy. Star Trek declared a hope for a future that nobody stuck in the present could believe in. For all our struggles today, we haven’t outgrown the need for stories like Star Trek. We need tales of optimism, of heroes, of courage and goodness now as much as we’ve ever needed them." -Thomas Marrone
