Ok... im trying to find a build thats...out of the box...and I dont mean no a2b just not a2beamitar /w ap beams and apb3 and faw3... just something that is still very effective... it can even be a rainbow boat of sorts... just as long as it works and it isnt from a mold... im looking forward to idears .. oh yeah and this is for engi class, romulan faction, allied fed. And it can be for pve, pvp OR can be good for bith at the same time. Idears... show thyselves!

Those fish are much like their masters, filthy backstabbers... All battlecloaked fish, waiting for the right moment...

I'm working on a non-standart loadout myself, a Heavy Dreadnought Torpedo Plattform Build. I don't really care about whether it's going to work out or not since the char that's going to use it already has a fleet Armitage and does wonderful even in it's current not-finished-by-a-long-shot-state, but there's something seriously hilarious about the thought of a Galaxy X spamming torpedos all day long.
Charge headlong at the target with guns blazing to wear down shields, then drop every mine type you can as you pass to innundate the target's open shield facing.
